We want you to love your NordicWear purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

How to Return Email us at support@nordicwear.lt with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.

Non-returnable Items Sale items and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
